Trailer Home Real Estate investing sucks for may reason and in this video I will explain it.
1. Moblie home do no go up in price like traditional homes. Therefore, all your getting is cash flow but no appreciation of the asset.
2. The amount of time and life energy required to do Moblie home deal is the same as doing a tradition house deal, but the price is way less. So less of a harvest vs other real estate assets.
3. Moblie Home loans are hard to get, as FHA and VA do not do trailer homes loans.
