Wholesaling Real Estate SUCK…But no will tell it to you with the fluff!
Now wholesaling real estate is way better than having job and working for the man! Wholesaling real estate make you the man, but that said, there are about 19 points wha real estate wholesaling sucks in America.
1. Real Estate Wholesaling has RISK involved with it. Its not as “safe” as a JOB. If you are looking for “safe” go get a job or just keep your job. If you are ok with RISK and FAILURE AND LOSING YOUR MONEY than do not become a real estate investors or business owners!
2. Another reason, why wholesaling real estate sucks is that you have to change! yes, you have to change from the “inside” and from the “outside”. The problem is everyone that has a job does not understand what it means to “change” or you will not get paid!
When we have job, even if we do 70% of the work, we will still get a pay check. Even if you half-ass there is alway paycheck on Friday.
But as real estate investors, wholesaler, if you dont do 100% of the work, you will lose your time, your money, and you will get paid zero dollars! That is the hard truth!
