Subject To Real Estate investing is where the investor buys a real estate property direct from the home owner, but more importantly, the seller becomes a private lender for the real estate investors. Therefore the investors is free from having dealing with banks or having all the purchase prices in cash to buy the real estate property.
Subject to is a hidden jewel, as my real estate investor are not insiders to understand this buy strategy when it comes to funding real estate deals.
Now, subject to investing is not easy! Its very hards, as the investor has to learn many different skills versus going the traditional path like buying from bank own property or going to the foreclosure auctions.
An Investor that want to find, subject to real estate houses, must have many skills. On of these still is sale, negotiation, structure deal, marketing and lead generation mastery, and so on.
