How to Show a House Owner Occupied to Cash Buyers after putting the deal under contract as real estate investors.
The way I run my real estate business is to be honest and upfront with the “Home Occupied Owners” as real estate investor. Why? Being upfront with the Home Owners allows me to bring cash buyers to there home without having the stress of making excuses to the Home Occupied Owners.
Real Estate Investing as a “Real Estate Wholesaler” is hard work, however, if you become a master of marketing and lead generation than you will not feel the pressure to lie to the Home Occupied Owners. “Subject To” deals require honesty with “Home Occupied Owners”.
Subject to investing allows me to buy houses without getting a loan from a bank by just taking over “Home Owners” house payments. Cash Buyers are know to steal your dream as real estate wholesaler.
However, if you’re have the “Home Occupied Owners” on your side, this will help you safe guard your deal and help you make money as real estate investor.
